Shipping & Returns
Every piece is made to order. Pre-orders ship within 4–6 weeks,
tracked and insured; shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
All sales are final — as made-to-order items, our pieces are
excluded from return and no refunds are accepted. If your piece
arrives damaged or faulty, write to hello@ovrenna.com within 48
hours of delivery and we will repair or replace it.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the data required to fulfil your order: name,
shipping address, e-mail, and payment confirmation. We do not
sell or share personal data with third parties beyond our
payment and shipping providers. You may request a copy or
deletion of your data at any time via hello@ovrenna.com.
Terms of Service
Prices include applicable VAT. A contract is formed when we
confirm your order by e-mail. Each piece is made to order;
slight variations in finish are part of the product, not a
defect. Statutory warranty rights apply.
